- Intake: work arrives — a build task, a content request, an audit — and is routed to the right agent based on type and priority
- Fulfilment: the agent executes the task against its defined scope and constraints
- Gate: the output passes through a quality check — automated, and specific to the work type — before it ships
- Ship: gate-passing output lands; gate-failing output is held for review
Where humans stay in the loop
Gate failures that cannot be automatically resolved, decisions above a defined blast radius, and any action with external financial or legal consequence require a human review step. The agent workforce is designed around that constraint — it does not attempt to resolve things it should not own.
