Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-28
This Privacy Policy explains how Zentari ("we", "us") handles information when you visit this website. Zentari is a Delaware, United States company. We designed this site to collect as little as possible: you can read every page without an account, and analytics never runs until you opt in.
Data we collect
We only collect two kinds of data, and only in the situations described below:
- Product usage data — if, and only if, you opt in to analytics, we record basic usage events (pages visited, links and buttons clicked) to understand how the site is used.
- Error diagnostics — when a page error occurs, we may record an anonymized technical report (for example, a stack trace) so we can fix the problem.
We do not ask for your name, address, or payment details on this site, and we do not collect personal data for marketing without your consent. Nothing transacts here.
How we use your data
We use the data above only to operate, secure, and improve this site — to see which pages are useful and to diagnose and fix errors. We do not use it for automated decisions that affect you, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Analytics and consent
Product analytics is provided by PostHog and is consent-gated. It does not load on page load. It loads only if you click "Allow analytics." If you decline, or ignore the prompt, no analytics tracking occurs at all. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Error tracking
We use Sentry for error monitoring. It may capture anonymized stack traces and technical context when errors occur. No personally identifiable information is included in error reports.
Cookies and local storage
We store your analytics consent choice in your browser's localStorage (key: zentari_analytics_consent) so we can honor it on return visits. No third-party tracking cookies are set without your consent. Clearing this site's storage resets your choice.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the sub-processors named in this policy — PostHog (analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring) — who process it on our behalf under contract and only for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the service.
Data retention
We keep usage and error data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or aggregate it. Your consent choice remains in your browser until you clear it.
International transfers
Our sub-processors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because analytics is opt-in and event-based, we hold little that identifies you individually; we will still honor valid requests. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@zentarihq.com.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes that expand what we collect will be reflected here before they take effect.
