Company factory
The company factory is the system Zentari uses to take a company from an idea through to a live, proven service. Every company in the portfolio goes through the same stages, using the same agent-fulfilled systems — so the process can be documented, improved, and eventually made available to other builders.
The stages
- Position: define what the company does, for whom, and why it is differentiated — testable, not aspirational
- Surface: establish the minimum viable public presence: name, domain, landing page, structured data
- Distribute: get the company appearing in search, maps, directories, and answer surfaces
- Prove: generate real evidence of the service working — real outputs, real customers, recorded results
- Extract: pull the systems that made it work into reusable tools, templates, and playbooks
What in public means
Every stage produces a build log. Every claim produces an artifact. Watchers can follow the evidence as it is created — not read a cleaned-up version after the fact.
