Templates

Templates extracted from real Zentari builds — derived from actual decisions made while building portfolio companies, not produced speculatively. Generic templates that were not tested in a real build are not published here.

What qualifies as a published template

A template is published when it has been used in a real Zentari build, produced a verifiable output, and the decisions behind its structure are documented in the build log. Every template here has a receipt.

What templates come from

Templates emerge from three stages of the company factory: the launch stage (positioning documents, landing page structures, CTA architectures), the distribution stage (listing audit formats, structured-data checklists, social proof frameworks), and the workforce stage (agent scope definitions, gate checklists, handoff maps). Each is derived from a real build, not designed generically.

How templates differ from playbooks

A template is a structured starting point for a specific output — a document format, a checklist, a schema. A playbook is the sequence of steps that produced the output. Templates are faster to use; playbooks explain why the template looks the way it does.
