Runnable tools extracted from the Zentari build. Each tool is published once it has been proven on a real portfolio company and its output has been verified. Tools that are still in design are described in the systems pages — not listed here until they have receipts.
What qualifies as a published tool
A tool is published here when it has: run on a real Zentari portfolio company, produced a verifiable output, and passed a quality gate. A prototype that only works in test conditions is not published.
What kinds of tools will be published
Tools from the distribution engine — listing auditors, structured-data validators, presence-gap scanners. Tools from the AI workforce — agent scope definers, gate checkers, handoff mappers. Tools from the offer architecture — ladder designers, fulfilment-fit testers. Each is extracted from a real running system, not built speculatively.
How to know when a tool is ready
Follow the build logs — tools graduate here once they have produced verifiable output on a real portfolio company. Watch the build to see what is in progress before it graduates.
